SHIPPING

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY

Processing

 

We strive to provide quick processing.  All orders will be processed within 3 business days of the order.  Due to our quick processing, we can not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate changes after an order is submitted.  If we have any questions or issues with your order or address, we will contact you via e-mail.

 

Shipping 

 

We ship all of our orders with standard shipping with the USPS. The Scarlet Compass Boutique charges $5.00 USD for all shipping.  All orders over $75.00 will receive free standard shipping.  You will be notified with the shipping information once it is processed.  Please review all shipping information, as The Scarlet Boutique is not responsible for any merchandise that was shipped to an incorrect address.

 

Expedited Shipping

 

If you need faster shipping or any special circumstances, please reach out to us directly.  We will be happy to try and accommodate any special requests.

 

Shipping Issues

 

We take pride in sending all of our merchandise freshly steamed and folded.  If you have any issues with how your order arrived, or if the package is lost.  Please notify us right away.  We will work to investigate and clear any issues.  However, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once the package is shipped with the USPS.  

 

Non-Domestic Shipping

 

For any orders that need to be shipped outside of the United States of America, please contact us directly before placing the order.  

RETURN POLICY

 

I truly hope that you love everything you have purchased from us.  I do know there are times when things don’t fit quite as you hoped and we are here to help.  

 

Any items that are purchased on sale or discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for return.

 

Returns for Refunds

 

If there is any issue with the product upon your receipt, please notify us as soon as possible.  For a return to qualify for a refund, we require the return to be postmarked within 15 days of receipt.  For merchandise to be returned it must meet all of the following:

  • Must be unwashed;

  • Must be unworn;

  • Must not be damaged or stained; and

  • Original tags need to be retained.

 

Returns for Store Credit

 

If there is any issue with the product upon your receipt, please notify us as soon as possible.  For a return to qualify for a refund, we require the return to be postmarked within 45 days of receipt.  For merchandise to be returned it must meet all of the following:

  • Must be unwashed;

  • Must be unworn;

  • Must not be damaged or stained; and

  • Original tags need to be retained.

 

Returning Procedures

 

For items that are being returned, please follow the follow steps:

  • Please reachout to us at thescarletcompassboutique@gmail.com for return processing.

  • The purchaser is required to pay for the shipping for the return.

  • The purchaser is responsible for the return of the merchandise and is responsible for any loss or damaged items during shipping.  To help ensure a smooth process, please provide us with the return shipping tracking information.

  • Returns are processed within 5 business days upon the receipt of the item and any refunds are applied to the method of payment made for the purchase.
